Ingredients

  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • ½ cup honey
  • ½ cup peanut butter
  • ¼ cup coconut oil
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ¼ teaspoon salt

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mix oats and chocolate chips in a bowl.
  3. In another bowl, combine honey, peanut butter, coconut oil, vanilla, and salt. Microwave until melted.
  4. Pour wet mixture into dry ingredients. Mix well.
  5. Press mixture into a greased baking dish.
  6. Bake for 20 minutes. Let cool before cutting into bars.
