Main Ingredients
- 4 cups bread, cubed day-old or stale bread works best
- 2 cups milk
- 1 cup sugar
- 3 eggs beaten
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup chocolate chips
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine the milk, sugar, beaten eggs, and vanilla extract. Whisk until well blended.
Place the cubed bread in a baking dish. Pour the milk mixture over the bread, making sure all pieces are soaked. Let it sit for 10 minutes.
Sprinkle the chocolate chips evenly over the soaked bread.
Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes or until the top is golden brown and the pudding is set.
Let it cool slightly before serving. Enjoy!
