  • 3 Ripe bananas mashed
  • cup Melted butter
  • 1 Egg beaten
  • 1 teaspoon Baking soda
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • ¾ cup Sugar
  • 1 ½ cups All-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • ½ cup Chocolate chips

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a muffin tin or line with muffin liners.
  2. In a mixing bowl, mash the ripe bananas with a fork until smooth.
  3. Stir the melted butter into the mashed bananas.
  4. Mix in the beaten egg, baking soda, and salt.
  5. Stir in the sugar, vanilla extract, and flour until just combined.
  6. Fold in the chocolate chips.
  7. Spoon the batter into the prepared muffin tin, filling each cup about ¾ full.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  9. Allow the muffins to cool in the tin for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
