Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups All-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon Baking soda
  • ½ teaspoon Salt
  • ½ cup Butter softened
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 2 Eggs beaten
  • 4 Bananas ripe and mashed
  • 1 cup Chocolate chips

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x5 inch loaf pan.
  2. In a large bowl, mix the flour, baking soda, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, cream together the butter and sugar. Stir in the eggs and mashed bananas until well blended.
  4. Stir the banana mixture into the flour mixture; stir just to moisten. Fold in the chocolate chips. Pour batter into the prepared loaf pan.
  5. Bake in preheated oven for 60 minutes, until a toothpick inserted into the center of the loaf comes out clean. Let bread cool in pan for 10 minutes, then turn out onto a wire rack.
