- ¼ cup chia seeds
- 1 cup almond milk or any milk of choice
- 2 tablespoon cocoa powder
- 2 tablespoon maple syrup or sweetener of choice
- ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
In a bowl, whisk together chia seeds, almond milk, cocoa powder, maple syrup, and vanilla extract.
Let it sit for 5 minutes, then whisk again to prevent clumping.
Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
Stir well before serving.
