Ingredients 

Dough

  • 4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup milk warm
  • 1 packet active dry yeast
  • ½ cup sugar
  • ½ cup unsalted butter softened
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Filling

  • 1 cup chocolate chips semi-sweet
  • ½ cup unsalted butter melted
  • ½ cup sugar
  • ¼ cup cocoa powder

Instructions 

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine warm milk and yeast. Let sit for 5 minutes.
  2. Add flour, sugar, salt, eggs, and butter. Mix until dough forms.
  3. Knead the dough for about 10 minutes until smooth. Let it rise for 1 hour.
  4. For the filling, mix melted butter, sugar, cocoa powder, and chocolate chips.
  5. Roll out the dough, spread the filling, and roll it up. Place in a loaf pan.
  6. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 45 minutes. Let cool before serving.
