- 1 cup Almonds roasted and chopped
- 1 cup Dark Chocolate Chips melted
- 1 tablespoon Coconut Oil melted
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a mixing bowl, combine melted chocolate chips, coconut oil, and vanilla extract.
Stir in the chopped almonds until well coated.
Drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet.
Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes or until firm.
