  • 4 ears corn, husked
  • 2 tablespoon butter
  • 1 teaspoon chipotle chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon lime zest
  • 2 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 tablespoon cilantro, chopped

Instructions 

  1. 1. Heat a skillet over medium heat and add butter.
  2. 2. Add corn and cook until slightly charred, about 10 minutes.
  3. 3. Stir in chipotle chili powder, lime zest, lime juice, and salt. Cook for another 5 minutes.
  4. 4. Remove from heat and garnish with chopped cilantro before serving.
