- 2 cups Cooked chicken, shredded
- 2 tablespoon Chipotle sauce
- 8 pieces Tostada shells
- 1 cup Shredded lettuce
- 1 cup Diced tomatoes
- 1 cup Shredded cheese
- 1 cup Sour cream
- 1 tablespoon Olive oil
1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
2. Add shredded chicken and chipotle sauce. Cook until heated through.
3. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Place tostada shells on a baking sheet and bake for 5 minutes.
4. Assemble tostadas by layering chicken mixture, lettuce, tomatoes, cheese, and sour cream on each shell.
