  • 1 lb chicken breast cut into strips
  • 2 tablespoon chipotle sauce
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 8 pieces tortillas corn or flour
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • ½ cup shredded cheese cheddar or Mexican blend

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, combine chicken strips, chipotle sauce, cumin, paprika, garlic powder, and salt. Mix well.
  2. 2. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the chicken mixture and cook for 8-10 minutes, until the chicken is cooked through.
  3. 3. Warm the tortillas in a separate skillet or microwave.
  4. 4. Assemble the tacos by placing chicken in each tortilla, then topping with lettuce, tomatoes, sour cream, and shredded cheese.
