Ingredients 

Salad

  • 2 cups shredded cooked chicken
  • 4 cups shredded cabbage
  • 1 cup shredded carrots
  • 1 cup sliced almonds toasted
  • 2 tablespoons sesame seeds toasted

Dressing

  • ¼ cup soy sauce
  • ¼ cup rice vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 teaspoon freshly grated ginger
  • 1 clove garlic minced

Instructions 

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, cabbage, and carrots.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, honey, ginger, and garlic to make the dressing.
  3. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss to combine.
  4. Sprinkle the toasted almonds and sesame seeds over the top before serving.
