Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups Cooked rice
  • 1 cup Diced chicken breast
  • 1 cup Mixed vegetables (peas, carrots, corn)
  • 2 tablespoons Soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Vegetable oil
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 2 pieces Eggs, beaten
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame oil
  • 2 pieces Green onions, chopped

Instructions 

  1. Heat the wok over medium-high heat and add vegetable oil.
  2. Add the garlic and diced chicken breast. Stir-fry until the chicken is cooked through.
  3. Push the chicken to one side of the wok and pour the beaten eggs into the other side. Scramble the eggs until fully cooked.
  4. Add the cooked rice and mixed vegetables to the wok. Stir everything together.
  5. Pour in the soy sauce and sesame oil. Mix well.
  6. Garnish with chopped green onions and serve hot.
