Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 large cucumbers peeled, seeded, and chopped
  • 1 cup plain yogurt
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 tablespoon dill chopped
  • to taste salt
  • to taste black pepper freshly ground

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a blender, combine cucumbers, yogurt, garlic, olive oil, lemon juice, and dill. Blend until smooth.
  2. 2. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
  3. 3. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.
  4. 4. Serve cold, garnished with additional dill if desired.
