  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 lime lime juice
  • salt to taste
  • fresh cilantro chopped, optional

Instructions 

  1. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Brush corn with olive oil.
  3. Grill corn for 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until charred.
  4. Remove from grill and sprinkle with chili powder, lime juice, and salt.
  5. Garnish with cilantro if desired.
