Ingredients

  • 1 bag Frozen tater tots 32 oz
  • 1 can Chili 15 oz
  • 2 cups Shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup Sour cream optional
  • 2 tablespoon Chopped green onions optional

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Spread the tater tots in a single layer on a baking sheet. Bake according to package instructions, usually about 25-30 minutes, until crispy and golden brown.
  3. While the tater tots are baking, heat the chili in a saucepan over medium heat until warmed through.
  4. Once the tater tots are done, remove them from the oven and transfer to a serving dish.
  5. Pour the warm chili over the tater tots, then sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese on top.
  6. Return the dish to the oven for a few minutes, just until the cheese is melted.
  7. Garnish with sour cream and chopped green onions if desired. Serve immediately.
