Instructions
1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
2. In a large bowl, combine olive oil, chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
3. Add zucchini, bell peppers, and cherry tomatoes to the bowl and toss to coat.
4. Thread the vegetables onto skewers.
5. Grill the skewers for about 10 minutes, turning occasionally, until the vegetables are tender and slightly charred.
6. Remove from the grill and drizzle with lime juice. Sprinkle with chopped cilantro before serving.
