  • 8 oz Tortilla chips
  • 2 cups Salsa
  • ½ cup Crumbled queso fresco
  • ¼ cup Chopped cilantro
  • 2 Fried eggs optional
  • 1 Avocado, sliced optional

Instructions 

  1. Heat a skillet over medium heat and add the tortilla chips.
  2. Pour the salsa over the chips and stir to coat.
  3. Cook for about 5-7 minutes until the chips are softened.
  4. Top with crumbled queso fresco and chopped cilantro.
  5. Serve with fried eggs and sliced avocado if desired.
