- 8 oz Tortilla chips
- 2 cups Salsa
- ½ cup Crumbled queso fresco
- ¼ cup Chopped cilantro
- 2 Fried eggs optional
- 1 Avocado, sliced optional
Heat a skillet over medium heat and add the tortilla chips.
Pour the salsa over the chips and stir to coat.
Cook for about 5-7 minutes until the chips are softened.
Top with crumbled queso fresco and chopped cilantro.
Serve with fried eggs and sliced avocado if desired.
