Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 can Chickpeas drained and rinsed
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 clove Garlic minced
  • 4 pieces Tortillas
  • 1 cup Lettuce chopped
  • 1 cup Tomatoes diced
  • 0.5 cup Cucumber sliced
  • 0.25 cup Red Onion thinly sliced
  • 0.25 cup Feta Cheese crumbled
  • 2 tablespoon Hummus

Instructions 

  1. 1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. 2. Add chickpeas, cumin, paprika, and garlic. Cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  3. 3. Warm tortillas in a separate pan or microwave.
  4. 4. Spread hummus on each tortilla.
  5. 5. Add cooked chickpeas, lettuce, tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, and feta cheese.
  6. 6. Roll up the tortillas and serve immediately.
