Ingredients

  • 1 can Chickpeas drained and rinsed
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 4 pieces Tortillas
  • 1 cup Lettuce chopped
  • 1 cup Tomatoes diced
  • 0.5 cup Cucumber sliced
  • 0.25 cup Red Onion thinly sliced
  • 0.25 cup Feta Cheese crumbled

Instructions 

  1. 1. Heat the olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
  2. 2. Add the chickpeas, cumin, paprika, and salt. Cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  3. 3. Warm the tortillas in a separate pan or microwave.
  4. 4. Assemble the wraps by placing the chickpea mixture, lettuce, tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, and feta cheese on each tortilla.
  5. 5. Roll up the tortillas and serve immediately.
