Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 can Chickpeas drained and rinsed
  • 1 cup Bell Peppers sliced
  • 1 cup Broccoli cut into florets
  • 1 cup Carrots sliced
  • 2 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger grated

Instructions 

  1. Heat olive oil in a wok over medium heat.
  2. Add garlic and ginger, sauté for 1 minute.
  3. Add bell peppers, broccoli, and carrots. Stir-fry for 5-7 minutes.
  4. Add chickpeas and soy sauce. Cook for another 3-5 minutes.
  5. Serve hot.
