  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon cumin
  • 0.5 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 8 small tortillas
  • Toppings diced tomatoes, shredded lettuce, avocado, lime wedges, salsa

Instructions 

  1. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
  2. Add chickpeas, chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Cook for 5-7 minutes until chickpeas are slightly crispy.
  4. Warm tortillas in a separate pan or microwave.
  5. Fill tortillas with chickpeas and desired toppings.
