Main Ingredients
- 1 can chickpeas drained and rinsed
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 0.5 teaspoon cumin
- 0.5 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 8 small tortillas
- Toppings diced tomatoes, shredded lettuce, avocado, lime wedges, salsa
Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
Add chickpeas, chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
Cook for 5-7 minutes until chickpeas are slightly crispy.
Warm tortillas in a separate pan or microwave.
Fill tortillas with chickpeas and desired toppings.
