Chickpea Spinach Salad Recipe

Main Ingredients
- 1 can Chickpeas drained and rinsed
- 4 cups Spinach fresh, chopped
- 1 cup Cherry Tomatoes halved
- ¼ cup Red Onion thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice freshly squeezed
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- ½ teaspoon Black Pepper freshly ground
In a large mixing bowl, combine chickpeas, spinach, cherry tomatoes, and red onion.
Drizzle with olive oil and lemon juice. Season with salt and black pepper.
Toss everything together until well mixed. Serve immediately or chill for later.
