Main Ingredients
- 1 cup chickpeas, cooked
- 1 cup spinach, chopped
- 0.5 cup onion, finely chopped
- 0.25 cup flour
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- to taste Salt and pepper
- as needed Oil for frying
Mash chickpeas in a bowl.
Add spinach, onion, flour, egg, cumin, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
Form mixture into small patties and fry until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes per side.
Drain on paper towels and serve hot.
