Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 can Chickpeas drained and rinsed
  • 2 cups Fresh Spinach chopped
  • 1 small Onion finely chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 0.5 cup Breadcrumbs
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • to taste Salt and Pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a food processor, combine chickpeas, spinach, onion, garlic, cumin, and paprika. Pulse until well mixed but still slightly chunky.
  2. 2. Transfer mixture to a bowl and stir in breadcrumbs. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  3. 3. Form mixture into 4 patties.
  4. 4. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook patties for 4-5 minutes on each side, until golden brown.
