Instructions
1. In a food processor, combine chickpeas, spinach, onion, garlic, cumin, and paprika. Pulse until well mixed but still slightly chunky.
2. Transfer mixture to a bowl and stir in breadcrumbs. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
3. Form mixture into 4 patties.
4. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook patties for 4-5 minutes on each side, until golden brown.
