Main Ingredients
- 1 cup chickpea flour
- 1 cup water
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper freshly ground
Preheat oven to 450°F (230°C).
In a mixing bowl, whisk together chickpea flour, water, olive oil, salt, and pepper until smooth.
Let the batter rest for at least 30 minutes.
Heat a cast iron skillet in the oven for 5 minutes.
Remove skillet, add a bit of olive oil to coat, and pour in the batter.
Bake for 10-15 minutes until the edges are crispy and the top is golden brown.
Remove from oven, cut into wedges, and serve warm.
