Ingredients 

Pizza Base

  • 1 cup chickpea flour
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Toppings

  • 1 bunch asparagus trimmed and cut into pieces
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese shredded
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil for drizzling

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 450°F (230°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine chickpea flour, water, olive oil, and salt. Mix until smooth.
  3. Pour the batter onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Spread evenly to form the pizza base.
  4. Bake the base for 10 minutes or until firm.
  5. Remove from oven and add asparagus and mozzarella cheese on top.
  6. Drizzle with olive oil and bake for another 10 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
  7. Remove from oven, slice, and serve hot.
