  • ¼ teaspoon turmeric powder
  • ¼ teaspoon cumin powder
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil for cooking

Instructions 

  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together chickpea flour, water, salt, turmeric, and cumin until smooth.
  2. Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and add a little olive oil.
  3. Pour a ladleful of batter into the pan and spread it out evenly.
  4. Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  5. Repeat with the remaining batter. Serve warm.
