Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups Chickpeas cooked or canned, drained and rinsed
  • 1 unit Red Bell Pepper sliced
  • 1 unit Green Bell Pepper sliced
  • 1 unit Onion sliced
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Chili Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt or to taste
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper or to taste
  • 8 units Tortillas warmed

Instructions 

  1. 1. Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. 2. Add the sliced onions and bell peppers. Cook until softened, about 5-7 minutes.
  3. 3. Add the chickpeas, chili powder, cumin, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Stir well to combine.
  4. 4. Cook for another 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until everything is heated through and well mixed.
  5. 5. Serve the chickpea mixture in warmed tortillas. Enjoy!
