Ingredients

  • 1 can Chickpeas drained and rinsed
  • 1 cup Breadcrumbs
  • 1 small Onion finely chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil for cooking

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a food processor, combine chickpeas, breadcrumbs, onion, garlic, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper. Pulse until well mixed but still slightly chunky.
  2. 2. Form the mixture into 4 patties.
  3. 3. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook the patties for 4-5 minutes on each side, until golden brown and heated through.
  4. 4. Serve on buns with your favorite toppings.
