- 1 can Chickpeas drained and rinsed
- 1 Avocado mashed
- 2 tablespoon Lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon Cumin
- 2 Tortillas
- to taste Salt and pepper
1. In a bowl, mash the chickpeas with a fork.
2. Add the mashed avocado, lemon juice, and cumin. Mix well.
3. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
4. Spread the mixture onto the tortillas and wrap them up.
