- 1 can Chickpeas drained and rinsed
- 2 Avocados peeled, pitted, and mashed
- 1 Lemon juiced
- ¼ cup Red Onion finely chopped
- ¼ cup Cilantro chopped
- ½ teaspoon Salt
- ¼ teaspoon Black Pepper
- 4 Tortillas
1. In a mixing bowl, mash the chickpeas with a fork.
2. Add the mashed avocados, lemon juice, red onion, cilantro, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
3. Spoon the mixture onto the tortillas and wrap them up.
