Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups Chicken broth
  • 1 cup Water
  • 1 lb Chicken breast, sliced
  • 200 g Udon noodles
  • 1 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame oil
  • 1 cup Sliced mushrooms
  • 1 cup Chopped green onions
  • 1 teaspoon Grated ginger

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a large pot, bring chicken broth and water to a boil.
  2. 2. Add sliced chicken breast and cook until no longer pink.
  3. 3. Add udon noodles, soy sauce, and sesame oil. Cook for 5 minutes.
  4. 4. Add sliced mushrooms, green onions, and grated ginger. Simmer for another 10 minutes.
  5. 5. Serve hot and enjoy!
