Main Ingredients
- 4 pieces Chicken Thighs boneless, skinless
- ¼ cup Soy Sauce
- ¼ cup Mirin
- 2 tablespoon Sugar
- 1 tablespoon Vegetable Oil
1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together soy sauce, mirin, and sugar until the sugar is dissolved.
2. Heat the vegetable oil in a skillet over medium heat.
3. Add the chicken thighs to the skillet and cook until browned on both sides, about 5-7 minutes per side.
4. Pour the teriyaki sauce over the chicken and continue to cook until the sauce thickens and the chicken is cooked through, about 5 more minutes.
5. Serve the chicken teriyaki over rice and garnish with sesame seeds and chopped green onions if desired.
