Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 lb Chicken breast, diced
  • 1 Onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 8 Taco shells
  • 1 cup Shredded lettuce
  • 1 cup Diced tomatoes
  • 1 cup Shredded cheese

Instructions 

  1. 1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. 2. Add diced chicken and cook until browned.
  3. 3. Add chopped onion and minced garlic, cook until softened.
  4. 4. Stir in chili powder, cumin, and salt. Cook for another 2 minutes.
  5. 5. Warm taco shells according to package instructions.
  6. 6. Assemble tacos with chicken mixture, lettuce, tomatoes, and cheese.
