Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Chicken breast, thinly sliced
  • 2 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Vegetable oil
  • 1 cup Broccoli florets
  • 1 cup Bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 cup Carrot, julienned
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Cornstarch mixed with 2 tablespoon water

Instructions 

  1. 1. Heat the wok over high heat and add the vegetable oil.
  2. 2. Add the garlic and stir-fry for 30 seconds.
  3. 3. Add the chicken slices and cook until no longer pink.
  4. 4. Add the broccoli, bell pepper, and carrot. Stir-fry for 3-4 minutes.
  5. 5. Add the soy sauce and oyster sauce. Stir well.
  6. 6. Add the cornstarch mixture and cook until the sauce thickens.
  7. 7. Serve hot with steamed rice.
