- 1 lb Chicken breast cut into cubes
- 2 tablespoon Olive oil
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black pepper
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 tablespoon Lemon juice freshly squeezed
1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
2. In a bowl, mix olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic, and lemon juice.
3. Add chicken cubes to the bowl and coat them well with the marinade.
4. Thread the chicken cubes onto skewers.
5. Grill the skewers for about 15 minutes, turning occasionally, until the chicken is fully cooked.
6. Serve hot.
