  • 2 cups Cooked Chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 cup Celery, chopped
  • ½ cup Red Onion, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Black Pepper

Instructions 

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, mayonnaise, chopped celery, and chopped red onion.
  2. Add the lemon juice, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
  3. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
  4. Serve chilled, either on its own or in a sandwich.
