Main Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked rice
- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked rice, shredded chicken, cream of chicken soup, chicken broth, shredded cheddar cheese, and frozen mixed vegetables. Mix well.
Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread it out evenly.
Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until the casserole is bubbly and the top is golden brown.
