  • 1 lb Chicken Breast, thinly sliced
  • 1 Green Bell Pepper, sliced
  • 1 Onion, sliced
  • 4 Hoagie Rolls
  • 8 slices Provolone Cheese

Instructions 

  1. 1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. 2. Add the sliced chicken breast and cook until no longer pink.
  3. 3. Add the sliced bell pepper and onion, and cook until they are tender.
  4. 4. Divide the chicken mixture among the hoagie rolls.
  5. 5. Top each sandwich with two slices of provolone cheese.
  6. 6. Place the sandwiches under a broiler until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
