Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 4 slices ciabatta bread
  • 4 tablespoon pesto sauce
  • 4 slices mozzarella cheese
  • 1 tomato, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions 

  1. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
  2. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Cook chicken until fully cooked, about 5-7 minutes per side.
  3. Slice chicken breasts into thin strips.
  4. Spread pesto sauce on one side of each slice of ciabatta bread.
  5. Layer chicken, mozzarella, and tomato slices on two slices of bread. Top with the other slices of bread, pesto side down.
  6. Grill the sandwiches in a panini press or skillet until the bread is golden and the cheese is melted, about 3-4 minutes per side.
