Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups Cooked pasta any type
  • 1 cup Cooked chicken breast diced
  • 1 cup Cherry tomatoes halved
  • ½ cup Cucumber diced
  • ¼ cup Red onion finely chopped
  • ¼ cup Olive oil
  • 2 tablespoon Lemon juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 teaspoon Salt to taste
  • ½ teaspoon Black pepper to taste

Instructions 

  1. 1. Cook the pasta according to the package instructions. Drain and let it cool.
  2. 2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked pasta, diced chicken, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, and red onion.
  3. 3. In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper.
  4. 4. Pour the dressing over the pasta mixture and toss to coat evenly.
  5. 5. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
