Instructions
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Mix breadcrumbs and Parmesan cheese in a shallow dish.
Coat chicken breasts in flour, dip in beaten eggs, then coat with breadcrumb mixture.
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook chicken until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes per side.
Place chicken in a baking dish. Top with marinara sauce and mozzarella cheese.
Bake in preheated oven until chicken is cooked through and cheese is melted and bubbly, about 20-25 minutes.
