Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 4 pieces Chicken breasts boneless, skinless
  • 1 cup Breadcrumbs Italian seasoned
  • ½ cup Parmesan cheese grated
  • 2 cups Marinara sauce
  • 1 cup Mozzarella cheese shredded
  • ¼ cup All-purpose flour
  • 2 units Eggs beaten
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Mix breadcrumbs and Parmesan cheese in a shallow dish.
  3. Coat chicken breasts in flour, dip in beaten eggs, then coat with breadcrumb mixture.
  4. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook chicken until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes per side.
  5. Place chicken in a baking dish. Top with marinara sauce and mozzarella cheese.
  6. Bake in preheated oven until chicken is cooked through and cheese is melted and bubbly, about 20-25 minutes.
