Ingredients

  • 2 slices Bread Whole grain or sourdough
  • 1 cup Cooked Chicken Shredded
  • 2 slices Cheese Provolone or your choice
  • 1 tablespoon Mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Mustard
  • 1 handful Spinach Fresh

Instructions 

  1. 1. Preheat your panini press.
  2. 2. Spread mayonnaise and mustard on one side of each bread slice.
  3. 3. Layer the chicken, cheese, and spinach on one slice of bread. Top with the other slice, mayonnaise side down.
  4. 4. Place the sandwich in the panini press and cook for 5-7 minutes, or until the bread is golden and the cheese is melted.
  5. 5. Remove from the press, slice in half, and serve immediately.
