Main Ingredients
- 4 pieces Chicken breasts, pounded thin
- 1 cup Breadcrumbs
- 2 units Eggs, beaten
- 1 cup Flour
- 4 units Bolillo rolls, sliced
- 1 cup Lettuce, shredded
- 1 unit Tomato, sliced
- 1 unit Avocado, sliced
- 1 cup Refried beans
- 1 cup Mayonnaise
- to taste Salt and pepper
1. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
2. Dredge the chicken in flour, dip in beaten eggs, and coat with breadcrumbs.
3. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Fry the chicken until golden brown and cooked through.
4. Spread mayonnaise and refried beans on the bolillo rolls.
5. Assemble the torta with fried chicken, lettuce, tomato, and avocado slices.
6. Serve immediately and enjoy!
