Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 4 pieces Chicken Breasts boneless, skinless
  • ½ cup All-Purpose Flour
  • ½ teaspoon Salt
  • ¼ teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 1 cup Marsala Wine
  • 1 cup Chicken Broth
  • 8 ounces Mushrooms sliced
  • 2 tablespoons Butter
  • 2 tablespoons Chopped Parsley for garnish

Instructions 

  1. Pound the chicken breasts to an even thickness.
  2. Mix flour, salt, and pepper. Dredge chicken in the mixture.
  3. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook chicken until golden brown, about 5 minutes per side. Remove and set aside.
  4. In the same skillet, add mushrooms and cook until browned. Add Marsala wine and chicken broth, bring to a boil.
  5. Return chicken to the skillet, reduce heat, and simmer until sauce thickens, about 10 minutes.
  6. Stir in butter and garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
