Ingredients

  • 2 pieces Chicken Breasts boneless, skinless
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Chili Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin
  • 8 pieces Taco Shells

Mango Salsa

  • 1 cup Mango diced
  • ¼ cup Red Onion diced
  • 1 pieces Jalapeño minced
  • ¼ cup Cilantro chopped
  • 1 pieces Lime juiced
  • ½ teaspoon Salt

Instructions 

  1. 1. Season chicken breasts with chili powder, garlic powder, cumin, and salt.
  2. 2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook chicken until fully cooked, about 7-8 minutes per side. Let rest, then slice.
  3. 3. In a mixing bowl, combine mango, red onion, jalapeño, cilantro, lime juice, and salt to make the salsa.
  4. 4. Warm taco shells according to package instructions.
  5. 5. Assemble tacos by placing sliced chicken in taco shells and topping with mango salsa.
