Chicken Lettuce Wraps Recipe

Main Ingredients
- 1 lb Ground chicken
- 1 tablespoon Olive oil
- 1 Onion, diced
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- ¼ cup Soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon Hoisin sauce
- 1 tablespoon Rice vinegar
- 1 teaspoon Sesame oil
- 1 cup Water chestnuts, diced
- 2 Green onions, sliced
- 1 head Butter lettuce
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add diced onion and cook until translucent.
Add minced garlic and cook for another minute.
Add ground chicken and cook until browned.
Stir in soy sauce, hoisin sauce, rice vinegar, and sesame oil. Cook for another 2-3 minutes.
Add water chestnuts and green onions. Cook for another 2 minutes.
Serve the chicken mixture in butter lettuce leaves.
