Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Chicken breast, diced
  • 1 package Gnocchi
  • 2 cups Spinach, chopped
  • 1 cup Carrots, diced
  • 1 cup Celery, diced
  • 1 medium Onion, diced
  • 4 cups Chicken broth
  • 2 cups Heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add diced chicken and cook until browned.
  2. 2. Add onion, garlic, carrots, and celery. Cook until vegetables are tender.
  3. 3. Pour in chicken broth and bring to a boil. Add gnocchi and cook until they float to the top.
  4. 4. Stir in heavy cream and chopped spinach. Cook until spinach is wilted.
  5. 5. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot.
