- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 pound chicken breast sliced into strips
- 1 red bell pepper sliced
- 1 green bell pepper sliced
- 1 onion sliced
- 1 packet fajita seasoning
- 8 tortillas
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup salsa
Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
Add the chicken strips and cook until no longer pink, about 5-7 minutes.
Add the bell peppers and onion, and cook until tender, about 5 minutes.
Stir in the fajita seasoning and cook for another 2 minutes.
Warm the tortillas in a microwave or on a skillet.
Assemble the wraps by placing the chicken and vegetable mixture on each tortilla. Top with shredded cheese, sour cream, and salsa.
Fold the tortillas and serve warm.
