Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 pound chicken breast sliced into strips
  • 1 red bell pepper sliced
  • 1 green bell pepper sliced
  • 1 onion sliced
  • 1 packet fajita seasoning
  • 8 tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup salsa

Instructions 

  1. Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Add the chicken strips and cook until no longer pink, about 5-7 minutes.
  3. Add the bell peppers and onion, and cook until tender, about 5 minutes.
  4. Stir in the fajita seasoning and cook for another 2 minutes.
  5. Warm the tortillas in a microwave or on a skillet.
  6. Assemble the wraps by placing the chicken and vegetable mixture on each tortilla. Top with shredded cheese, sour cream, and salsa.
  7. Fold the tortillas and serve warm.
