Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Chicken breast sliced into strips
  • 1 Red bell pepper sliced
  • 1 Green bell pepper sliced
  • 1 Onion sliced
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 packet Fajita seasoning
  • 8 Tortillas small
  • 1 cup Shredded cheese
  • 1 cup Sour cream
  • 1 cup Salsa

Instructions 

  1. 1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. 2. Add chicken strips and cook until no longer pink, about 5-7 minutes.
  3. 3. Add bell peppers and onion to the skillet and cook until tender, about 5 minutes.
  4. 4. Stir in fajita seasoning and cook for another 2 minutes.
  5. 5. Warm tortillas in a separate skillet or microwave.
  6. 6. Assemble tacos by placing chicken and vegetable mixture onto tortillas. Top with shredded cheese, sour cream, and salsa.
